Get onto the rooftops at the beginning of the level, where the very first guy is found. By jumping on the light and then crouch-jumping onto the rooftop, you will find a narrow hallway. At the end are some grenades and a skull which removes your HUD.
Also, only on legendary mode, on the rooftops above the alley where you the two sword guys before you fight a crapload of guys on the ground level (just before entering the courtyard in front of the hotel entrance). On one of the rooftops, where their are some hanging clothes drying, go in the room; you will find a sniper rifle and the skull. The skull will extend the story line a little bit.
